Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. International deliveries can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination. All items are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival. Tracking information is provided once the order ships.
If any item arrives damaged, contact customer service within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged piece. Replacements are processed immediately for items in stock, or a full refund is issued if the item is no longer available. The customer service team handles these situations promptly.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received.
